United States: the promise of home sales at the highest

The promise of home sales in the U.S. rose 7.3% in November, more than expected by the consensus, according to the National Association of Realtors (NAR).
The NAR said the index had not reached a level so important for 19 months, in April 2010, at which time it was 111.5.
The index has risen from 93.3 in October to 100.1 last month.
The index of the promises of home sales came out 5.9% above its level in November 2010, which was 94.5.
